James Breeze photoJames gained a BSc at Adelaide University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University. After a short stint in Human Resources he moved into the Usability Industry, where he moved up to General Manager and Board Director positions. In late 2006 James decided there was a need for a more Objective style of usability consulting, and started his own business, Objective Digital.

He has an enormous amount of experience working with large corporates, small to medium sized businesses and government departments, helping businesses to improve the way that their customers experience their brand through technology interfaces. Joanna Lewis
Customer Experience Consultant

Joanna Lewis photoJoanna was a teacher with NSW AMES for 13 years before moving into the usability and user interface design field in the late 90's. She has previously held senior usability consultancy positions at TACTICS, a documentation and training company. She joined Objective Digital in 2006 as a Senior Customer Experience Consultant.

She has experience across numerous government clients in Sydney and Canberra including the Family Court of Australia, The Federal Magistrates Court, Department of Immigration, and NSW Department of Juvenile Justice. She recently conducted focus groups for the Sydney Convention and Visitors Bureau and for Westpac. Joanna has developed education and training resources in her career as both teacher and trainer, which has also provided valuable experience in ensuring focus groups stay on track and provide the maximum value for clients.

Anna Van Egmond
Customer Experience Consultant

Anna Van Egmond photoOriginally from The Netherlands, Anna gained a BSc in Business Information Systems and MSc in eBusiness from the University of East Anglia in the UK. Anna then spent 4 ½ years working for one of the UK's leading usability companies, Foolproof Ltd as an Online User Experience Consultant. She has extensive experience in the planning and management of all aspects of User Experience (UX) projects. Anna will be attending the focus groups, providing additional observation and ensuring that all potential insights are noted.

Liz Phillips
Customer Experience Consultant

 Liz holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of NSW and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Macquarie University. She spent 14 years in the market research industry before bringing her research skills across to the user experience field. She now runs usability research and testing sessions, to gain customer insights into the user experience.

Kylie Breeze
Project Manager

Kylie Breeze photoKylie gained an BCom from Victoria University in NZ majoring in Marketing. She spent 12 years working in advertising and design agencies in NZ, London and Sydney, managing projects across a very broad range of clients. She now Project Manages Objective Digital marketing campaigns and website projects, working closely with our consultants, graphic design partners and our Indian-based web development partners at Rage Communications.
