Usability Testing

Based on your strategy, we develop a set of critical tasks that a user would normally engage in. We observe a representative sample of users, in a one-on-one situation, as they complete the tasks on the website.

The use of Eyetracking allows the users to undertake the test on their own, without distraction. Immediately following the test we will replay the participant’s eye movements from the session and ask them to comment on their experience.

We identify any usability issues with your technology and help you work out how to fix them.

Testing can be undertaken in our professional EyeTrackLab or we will come to your office to test your digital media with a representative sample of your target customers.
